Our consulting is in three main areas;

• Organization strategy implementation and culture,
• Operations Research/Operations Management, and
• RFID pilot and process implementations.
  
  We emphasize the utility of business process analysis and improvement. In addition, we have a strong interest in intercompany business process improvement. Strong tools such as operations research help us analyze and improve the intercompany processes.
  
  Our affiliations include business and industry leaders and thought leaders from consulting and academia.
